BASE CRITTERS

Terms

Plain English. Read this before you mint, because some of it cannot be undone afterwards.

What you are buying

A Base Critter is a token on the Base blockchain, plus the licence set out on the licence section. You are not buying a share in anything, a stake in a company, or a right to future income. There is no promise of profit and none should be inferred.

What you can do with the art

If you hold a Critter, you hold full commercial rights to that Critter's artwork. Print it, sell what you make, use it as a logo. The right moves with the token when you sell it. The name Base Critters, the collection as a whole, and the brand artwork stay with the project.

No guarantees

The collection is provided as it is. We do not guarantee any price, floor, resale value, listing on any marketplace, future development, or that anyone else will ever want to buy your Critter. NFTs are volatile and speculative and you may lose whatever you paid.

Nothing on this site is financial advice.

Blockchain risk

Transactions on Base are permanent. We cannot reverse a mint, recover a Critter sent to the wrong address, or restore a wallet you have lost access to. Gas fees, network congestion and marketplace behaviour are outside our control.

Your responsibility

Keep your own keys. Check the contract address before you sign anything: the only official contract is 0xf1f1c0e3…7258 on Base. Anything minting Base Critters at another address is not us.

We will never DM you first, never ask for your seed phrase, and never ask you to connect a wallet to claim a surprise airdrop.

Not affiliated

Base Critters is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Base, Coinbase, OpenSea, or any other collection.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The licence granted to a Critter you already hold will not be narrowed retroactively.
